The Hilal of Jumada Al-Akhira 1437 was not sighted in the UK/Morocco region on Wednesday 9th March 2016 (29th Jumada Al-Ula 1437 AH). We have also received a negative sighting report from Morocco Awqaf Ministry (login to view).
Therefore, the UK Ulama have decided that the month of Jumada Al-Ula 1437 AH will complete 30-days and the month of Jumada Al-Akhira 1437 AH will start from Friday 11th March 2016, Insha-Allah.
Note that Saudi Arabia do not normally make any official Hilal Sighting announcement from Safar to Shaban (as they usually follow the Ummul Qura Calendar in these months). However, we have been informed that none of the official Hilal Committees have sighted the moon on Wednesday 9/3/2016, either. Note also that there was a total solar eclipse earlier in the day, where millions of people witnessed the birth of the moon by the human eye (without relying on astronomical calculations)!

The crescent visibility map below for Rajab 1437 shows that moon will be born on 7 April 2016 at 11:23 GMT/UT, but it will not be visible by the naked-eye anywhere in the UK/Morocco region on that date. However, on 8th April 2016 the moon will be easily visible in the UK and in most countries of the world. The lunar parameter of the moon on Friday 8th April 2016 at London sunset will be, Age: 31 hrs, Alt: 12°, Elongation: 19°, Illuminated: 2.5%, Lagtime: 90 mins. Hence, the month of Rajab is most likely to start from 9 April 2016, InshaAllah.

The Hilal of Rajab 1437 was sighted in the UK and in Morocco on Friday 8th April 2016 (29th Jumada Al-Akhira 1437 AH). We have also received a positive sighting report from Morocco Awqaf Ministry (login to view).
Therefore, the UK Ulama have decided that the month of Jumada Al-Akhira 1437 AH will have 29-days and the month of Rajab 1437 AH will start from Saturday 9th April 2016, Insha-Allah.
Note that Saudi Arabia do not normally make any official Hilal Sighting announcement from Safar to Shaban and Dhul Qa'dah. However, we have received confirmation that none of the Saudi Hilal Committees saw the Rajab Hilal on Thursday 7th April 2016 (as per Ummul Qura Calendar), but they did see it the next day, Friday 8th April 2016.

The Hilal of Shaban 1437 was not sighted in the UK due to clouds, but it was sighted in Morocco on Saturday 7th May 2016 (29th Rajab 1437 AH). We have also received a positive sighting report from Morocco Awqaf Ministry (login to view).
Therefore, the UK Ulama have decided that the month of Rajab 1437 AH will have 29-days and the month of Shaban 1437 AH will start from Sunday 8th May 2016, making 15th Shaban to be on Sunday 22nd May 2016 (i.e. from the night of Saturday 21st May), Insha-Allah.
Note that Saudi Arabia do not normally make any official Hilal Sighting announcement from Safar to Shaban and Dhul Qa'dah.

On Sunday 5th June 2016 (29th Shaban 1437 AH) the Hilal of Ramadan 1437 was not sighted in the UK/Morocco region. We have also received a negative report from Morocco Awqaf Ministry (login to view).
Therefore, the UK Ulama have decided that the month of Shaban 1437 AH will complete 30-days and the month of Ramadan 1437 AH will start from Tuesday 7th June 2016, Insha-Allah.
Note that none of the official Saudi Hilal Committee astronomers (with telescopes) could see the Hilal on 5th June 2016, but the usual early-sighters from near Riyadh have claimed a sighting.

Announcement for start of Shawwal 1437 AH
On Tuesday 5th July 2016 (29th Ramadan 1437 AH) the Hilal of Shawwal 1437 AH was not sighted in the UK even though some places have clear sky. However, it was sighted in Morocco. We have also received a positive report from Morocco Awqaf Ministry (login to view).
Therefore, the UK Ulama have decided that the month of Ramaadan 1437 AH will have 29-days and the month of Shawwal 1437 AH will start from Wednesday 6th July 2016, Insha-Allah. Eid Mubarak!
Note that Saudi Arabia started Ramadan 1437 AH 1-day ahead of UK/Morocco, but decided to complete the month as 30-days (same as their Ummul Qura calendar) resulting their 1st Shawwal 1437 AH to be also on Wednesday 6th July 2016. We are unable to find their official Hilal Sighting announcement for Shawwal on www.spa.gov.sa website as they normally publish for Ramadan, but it can be seen on Fatwa-Online website.
